Auto Bug vs the Competition
Auto Bug is one of the only tracking systems
which offers unlimited and independent access to your vehicles location,
anywhere in the U.S (and soon the world), live and in real time. It does
not rely on radio triangulation and no restrictions are placed on the users
access. Anytime you need to know where your vehicle is, you can find it
absolutely discreetly.

Here are some questions to ask my competition
for comparison purposes:

1) Is
this internet tracking or does it require a third party to track the vehicle?
It is our contention that we have the most
secure GPS Tracker out there as we only communicate with the unit via a
56K modem or wireless GSM modem, so it is almost impossible to hack into
this system. This is a great feature as no unauthorized person will be
able to access your sensitive information. Also, if my competitors website
(server) goes down for any reason, then you lose the ability to track your
vehicles. Also, since all your information is stored in the website, it
is open for pirating by an outside entity.

2) Is this Real Time tracking?
Our unit is considered Real Time Tracking
as we have a constant icon on the moving map display on your computer and
we have the fastest updating system on the market, our unit updates every
10 seconds. Most of our competition has an update every minute or more,
some as much as every 5 minutes. There is (as with all GPS Trackers)
a short delay between your computer and where the unit actually is. Don't
let anyone fool you, all systems are experiencing this delay.

3) Does it have the ability to track
multiple vehicles?
Auto Bug can track a single vehicle, or fleets
of vehicles with the same amazing accuracy. This is an important feature
if you are trying to track multiple targets. Most of our competition will
only be able to track one vehicle at a time.

4) How much history does the unit have
available?
Auto Bug has the ability to create printed
reports for up to 6 months of past vehicle history, including speed travelled,
start and stop points, and much more. My competition has anywhere from
(no history available) just the ability to find out where the unit is right
now, to up to 6 months, depending on the unit. Auto Bug has it all!

5) What cellular system does it work
on?
Auto Bug works on the GSM cellular system
to communicate to your computer. My main competition uses the CDMA or TDMA
cellular systems which will be changed to GSM in the very near future.
Some of them are scrambling as we speak to upgrade their systems to work
with GSM.
Auto Bug is already there!

6) Is the tracking software included
in the base price of the unit?
Auto Bug pricing includes the tracking software
and as updates become available will be forwarded to the user or downloaded
from the www.spyresearch.com website. These updates come at no charge to
the customer. Some of my competition is charging as much as $499.00
plus the cost of the hardware for the ability to track your units.

7) Is Geo-fencing available?
Auto Bug has one of the most advanced Geo-fencing
systems available. It can notify the user when a vehicle travels in or
out of the pre-defined electronically fenced areas. Some of our competitors
have this feature, but only going one way, in other words either in or
out of the fenced area, not both. Auto Bug will notify you when the unit
travels in or out of the pre-defined fenced area.

8) Does the unit have panic buttons
available?
The Auto Bug has a sophisticated panic alarm
built right in to the system and can notify the user via phone, PDA or
computer when there is an emergency on the road.

9) Is there an available extended warranty?
Auto Bug comes with a 1 year manufacturers
warranty, and can be extended to 2 years at a cost of $79.00
per unit. Most of our competition does not have extended warranties available.

10) Can you set up routing for the
vehicles including stop/start points?
Auto Bug has the ability using the provided
software to manage full fleets with set-up routing points, and can alert
the user when a vehicle reaches those pre-defined points. Some of our competition
has this option, but you have to ask before they will give up the information.
